Band Assisted Neutral grip chin ups

These are ideal for anyone starting to do chin ups as the band takes 15-20kgs off your weight.

Start off by doing one, slow release yourself back to the ground/bench, then try to increase the reps when you get more comfortable.

You should feel this everywhere as you are clenching your entire body to stay up, great for abs! :)
